I'm currently on a 3 day split...
M - Chest, Bi's, Tri's, Calves
W - Legs
F - Back, Shoulders, Calves
I was considering moving to a 5 day split, as my current routine has me in the gym for a long time (90 mins).
I'm curious about how to set it up, though - for example, when working chest, tri's are also indirectly worked... so do i need to keep tri's on the same day as chest? Or could i do something like monday - chest, tuesday - tri's/bi's?
