Well, I have been working out for a while now on and off, and still haven't learned all the ropes. Just a question to either male or female, mainly female!
I was just wondering what type of workouts that I could use from the comfort of my own home to firm my rear. I know a few things but they don't seem to be working. I wont brag but I do have a fair butt as it is, I just wanna get it more firm....any suggestions from anyone???
