Ok, I have a decent ab workout but I have leveled off.
I work abs 6 days a week and do
4 sets of weighted vertical leg lifts
4 sets of oblique situps
4 sets of decline situps
4 sets of weighted decline crunches
My question is should I do more? or should I switch to every other day?
