consistantly for about 3 or a little more, but ever since HS off an on or something like that, i dont keep track of it

6 years

7/21/03

so... *does math* ...4.5 months (?)

since I was 15 :lifter: 19 now

Good diet, and smart training.. I'd say 8 months. But like ignorant lifting? 3 years i'd say.

Close to 8 months educated. Before that... umm about 4 yrs.

I've been pretty good over the last two years, got my first weight set when I was 11 years old.

tell the truth mudge.......

he was one of two twins when he was born....when they came out, his brother was doing wrist curls while sitting on Mudge's back as Mudge was doing donkey calf raises.

lifting for 18 months. for the first 12 i was pretty ignorant of legs and nutrition but since then ive been putting on the beef.

I would say almost a year. However, I went on vacation for 7 weeks over the summer. Although I didn't do any heavy lifting, I brought some dumbells with me and did what I could. I just started a new routine based on the information I learned on this site at the beginning of this year.

2.5 years on and off because i don't lift during football season so that takes out around 8 of those months.

been about a year and 2 months of real lifting... started "lifting" about 6 years ago, but didnt gain all that much because of my diet. nice progress in the past year tho :)

what kind of training? I started lifting weights when I was fourteen and pretty much have never stopped (24yrs old now). there were a couple years inbetween that I took of from lifting to persue distance running (beleive that!?). So if you are talking about just exercisesing then stragiht since is was 14yrs old.

On and off for 1.5 years and serious for the past 9 months (educated and strict form)

On and off since July of 99, but steady since March of 2002.

its hard to keep steady when ur in high school
and when ur lazy, but i have been doing real good for the past month or so now lol
so hopefully after another month i wont quit for a couple of weeks and then do one workout then stop
then once a week for a month....I plan to really do it good now

Started training 13 years ago, in my early 30s (yeah I'm old). Had a couple of lay offs in there, but have been training solid for the last three years.
