I am training my abs muscles, however I'v been told that I won't see the results visually, since I have some fat over the muscles. Yet my weight is only average, and I really don't understand how skinny one must be, for his/her abs muscles to be seen.
Should I drop some more weight, or if I just train more, I'll see the muscles in my abs?
