Not sure if I am posting this right. Advice for first timer
Posted Today at 03:34 PM by Micky_the_Mic
I am trying to put on some size. I am a 5'11 26yr old that sadly weighs a buck 65 (165lb.) I am trying to put on the a least 10-15lb. Ultimate goal 185lb. I have at my disposal:
Omnadren 250, 30 qty
Anadrol 50, (Anadrolic) 50 qty

My concerns: Well obviously just the normal ones like acne, baldness, and well my junk not working right. I know that there are products like Finasteride to help reduce the DHT that causes baldness to occur, but then I also hear that this looses a your gains. I also know that I am suppose to take a an anti-estrogen such as Nolvadex and/or Proviron. Arimidex,Femara, or Aromasin, 3 powerful anti-aromatase.

Well basically I do not know shit and really could use some advice. Any advice will help a lot. So thanks in advance. And if you could please break it down Im a rookie here. So if you could break down a few cycle options I would appreciate it a lot.

5'11 @ 165lbs., AAS is not for you right now. You are underweight for your height. I strongly suggest working on your diet before even considering using AAS. I know...that's not what you want to hear, but it's the truth bro. Besides, what you have on hand isn't what you need.

Lets see your diet. What is your daily caloric and protein intake like? How about your training schedule? Have you been working out at all? Do you know what your BF% is? Post some more info and we'll be sure to point you in the right direction.

I appreciate the honesty. I work out 5x's a week. I used to hit it really hard a 6days a week some times even twice a day for 2yrs. Had a hernia though and had to take some time off. Was 170lb then. I will have to get back to you on my daily caloric and protein intake because I have just started a new dietary program. (basically meaning I must consume a lot more then what I was) My body fat again have to get back to you on that. Im really fit though. I really want to say 7-8% but it has been a while since I have been tested. What products would u reccommend then? And how much should I gain till I can take this cycle?

You are over training, too much can do more bad than good, thus your hernia. Staying between 7-8% is difficult for most, but you are probably around there seeing that you are 165, 5'11.

The best products I can suggest to use is food, good food. Lean cuts of beef, white chicken meat, tuna, etc. You want foods with high protein and low fats. You want to take at least 1.5-2gr of protein per body lb. So if you are 165 lbs., you should be taking something around 300-330gr a day.

I also suggest whey protein shakes. Since you are looking to gain weight, use 2% milk when making them. I'd also snack on nuts, they are loaded with protein. Peanut butter is a great tool to use, I keep a jar of it next to my bed. A couple tablespoons a day will help. Olive oil is also great to use, pour it in your salad or just take a gulp once a day.

You asked at what weight you should begin the cycle. I would try and reach at least 180-190 lbs. before starting. Your BF% should ideally be either in the single digits or lower teens. And as far as what you have, you shouldn't take it. Oxymeth is a very strong and powerful steroid and I would not suggest it to a beginner.

When the time comes that you are ready to cycle, I'd suggest running a test only program. Possibly some dbol up front as well. I try to avoid orals as much as I can, but dbol does a great job kick-starting a cycle.

And above all, your caloric intake. Whatever it is now, double it. Post back when you have more stats and be sure to check out the Diet & Nutrition section here.

Damn! well thats kind of a bummer because I lost my receipt for this stuff. jk. but damn that does suck becuase I was hoping to take this stuff and reach the weight that you suggest I should be before using it. I guess I jumped at the opportunity too quickly before researching on it. It was kind of a fluke getting this supplies. If I continue this eating regiment and lay off some of the cardio I could probly get my 170-175lb weight back in a few months. When I reach this weight however could I start this cycle. Or, do you still not recommened for a first time user? You also said avoiding the orals. (meaning your not a fan of the Anadrol 50 (Oxymeth) ) what about the Omnadren 250? What is your thoughts on it? What could I use with it? and if I did use the combo of what I have could I just take a shorter cycle maybe like 6-8 weeks? I respect your advice but just keep bringing up because I already bought them. If you really think it will seriously be to hard on me though I wont test the limits.

After you put on the weight, I would give your body some time to start turning that weight into LMB. Say you make it to 180 lbs., I'd train naturally for a few months, see where you are at, then consider using.

I've never used Omnadren, it's just about the same as sustanon. I don't like sustanon at all. It's a very poor choice of AAS. Sust makes your levels flux too much and you want them to remain constant. Sust/Omnadren has a blended mix of test with both short, medium, and long acting esters. That may sound good, but it's not. You want to stick with one kind of test...either cyp, enan, or prop. Omnadren has them all.

To get the full effect of sust, you need to take around 1gr a week....and that's too much. If you take less, you are basically wasting $ because the short acting esters stop working. Sust is best taken ED or EOD.

Anadrol/Oxymethalone is some nasty stuff, but it works really well. It's prob the most harmful substance your liver can handle. I sometimes use it when I can't get dbol. I usually run one oral along side my cycle for the first 5 weeks, I prefer dbol as it is not as harsh as Anadrol.

You can use what you have, but like I said, anadrol is not for beginners, and sustanon has several drawbacks, not to mention side effects, like the "sustanon flu".

Store what you bought in a cool dry place. In the future, you can use either of them to help kickstart or frontload your future cycle. They wont go bad for a long time. For now, keep doing more homework and focus more on your diet than anything else right now.

Micky, the advice you have been given here by Victor is invaluable.

If you cannot gain weight without steroids, you simply don't know how to plan your diet.

Start there. In fact, start with the link in my sig on getting started - I realize you're not a novice, but you will find information in that post that will help you get your diet sorted out.

Hy Micky,

We are in the same position, we are both 26 years old dreaming to be Musclor!

Built and Victor know what they are talking about, and since Built talk to me calling me " Honey" I'll listen every word she'll tell me she is a sweet with the highest degree of patience!!! ;)

I go to the gym for 7 years and I never give to my diet too many importance except for the summer to loose the little fat I had. Reading all the things on the forum it's obvious that DIET IS THE KEY!!! So let's do that together training hard with the appropriate diet that my new girlfriend ( just kiding) " Built" will advise us and then we'll see the results. After that and there is no rush we'll see what when we 'll start AAS.

What do ya think?

Thanks for all the advice Victor and Built. I will focus on my diet for a while and train hard. After, I accumulate some more weight I will then consider using what I have. I might even see if I can get something a little more safe for a first time user. How, long can these items last after expiration date? It says on the bottle d.w. 10. 09. what does d.w. mean? What do think a good cycle plan for a rookie should be. Even if it is regular supplements, Im up for any advice you guys have. Thanks again guys.

Those products will last a long time, just keep them in a dry cool area. The worst that can happen is that they become slightly less potent over time.

As far as supplements are concerned, I don't think you need anything more than whey & creatine.
