Hey all, I weigh 290, and most of that is from my football and rugby days. I'm 6'2, and generally look like an o-lineman. I would like to cut down to 225...or at least until I'm happy in the mirror. I have a lot of muscle underneath, but once again, that was all for tackling people. I have a 30% bodyfat. Measurements are 52 chest, 42 waist, 33 legs, 19 calves
I'm curious as to what you all would put together either as a stack and or routine to help aide. I do understand that a huge amount of it is diet. Currently I take L-Carnatine, Glutamine, and sometimes take Zantrex-3. I really haven't found anything like the old Xenadrine that really curbs my appetite. Any help would be great.

Haha. Vieope you're nuts man. :lol:

haha, where the hell are you man? What time is it in Brazil?

10:00 am . :) Michigan, I never visited your state. Is it better than Chicago/Illinois ?

At your bodyweight and with your phenotype, I would not focus on things that increase metabolism. Rather, I would get my diet in order, and focus on supplements that (1) retain LBM, and (2) help body composition by altering ones phenotype and set point, as well as compounds that effect nutrient signaling/partitioning.

Ergogenic compounds like creatine, BCAAs, etc are good for muscle retention.

Altering ones phenotype is a bit trickier, but you are on the right track with things like:

* Sesamin
* Fish Oil
* ALCAR (actyl L Carnotine)

Or, simply you could go with LeptiGen (or the soon to be released LeptiGen for the endomorph).

What is liptigen all about. Where can you get it?

LeptiGen, the original, can be purchased at www.avantlabs.com.

It is a very complex formula, and the details of it can be read about in some very long write-ups at Avant Labs. User feedback is there as well.

In short, it is an effective nutrient partitioner (helps to send nutrients to muscle and away from fat), hunger and appetite suppressor, and keeps leptin levels (and thus metabolism) elevated when dieting (this is its most important function, in my view).

Shortly (like within a week) Avant will be releasing and taking preorders on various subtypes of the original LeptiGen, at reduced costs.
