currently im around 4 weeks out from a fight and i need to lose 8lbs.
as much as i dont initialy want to weigh 145lbs as i look like crap i need to in order to compete,well unless i enter at -165lbs.
i know the basics of neutrition and im currently consuming 2500 cals per day and i seem to be maintaining still.
can some one send me a link to food ideas/cutting tips etc,foods to avoid etc please?
