this is my everyday diet basically-
meal 1- 1 cup of oats
1/4 cup of raisins
1 scoop of protein w/ 8 oz of water
meal 2- 6 egg whites
1 slice of whole wheat bread
1 serving of malto-meal
meal 3- 6-8 oz of boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup of brown rice
meal 4- 6-8 oz of top sirloin
2 medium size sweet potatoes
meal 5- 2 scoops of protein powder
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of nat. peanut butter
meal 6- repeat meal 1
meal 7- dinner(whatever the family has)
nearly everytime we eat we have a salad
some type of meat
some carbs such as potato or noodles
