ok i done the 5x5 routine last night and i found it good, now i aim to up the weight by 2.5% every week yes? but for how long? cuz there will be a time when i just cant add any more and be able to lift it. would 4 weeks of this routine be good and then change it? if so how would you suggest i change it? thanks Andy.
PS SORRY FOR ALL THE Q'S BUT IM LEARNING A LOT OFF YOU GUYS.
could i also hit certain muscles directly by adding exercises that do just that like shrugs bicep curls triceps (skull crushers etc) raises for shoulders and so on as the routine I'm on now doesn't do so? or is this routine hitting those muscles hard enough anyway?
The best is work out hard. Very hard.
