After surgery cycle

Well just got my shoulder scoped to fix Labrum tear, slight RTC tear and bicep tenodesis.

Got my surgery last Friday and im already out of the sling and can do slight movement strength is good considering i just had surgery kind of amazing really guess it helps having one of the best surgeons in the state. Already off pain killers so no pain. Doc told me i will be cleared for most activities in 4 to 6 weeks and back to normal heavy lifting in 3 to 4 months. Not planning on rushing the rehab or anything just trying to speed recovery as much as i can for normal use. Long story short im looking to cut recovery down so i can get back to lifting/football i have spring football starting in 8 weeks so yup.

I know that HGH has been known to help with this kind of rehab but as i have never done HGH and cost being so high kind of against it right now. Now i have done around 8 cycles containing test E C PROP ,EQ,DECA, SUS, Dbol etc so by no means a pro but some knowledge. So what i was planing on doing was to start running 250 or 500 mg of DECA a week, Anavar at 20 to 40 mg ED starting in a week or so. Now the question is should i be running some Test with this as well not trying to get stronger just trying to help with the healing and hope to keep what i have. I can do legs, core work that i already started today. Like i said not trying to gain weight or even get stronger by any means just trying to cut rehab down and hope to heal stronger if that makes sense.

So any help would be much appreciated looking for any tips on dosage what to run etc. I have done a lot of research on this and all that i came up with was Running Anavar and deca is good but to me seems like you should run some test with it even if its only 200mg a week but im prob wrong lol.

i seem to remember a cycle for this. It went like low test 250 pw - low EQ 400 pw - anavar 60 mg pd. never run anything with out test or feel like shit ? Research it it's here on this site. Best of luck, I'm sure you will come back.
 
I agree with the above posts, take some time off the gear bro maybe 5-6 months, get some hgh or peptides.

Ya thats what i thought about the test so you would recommend EQ instead of Deca for me anyways it seemed that deca helped with joint health but it has been a very long time sens i ran Deca. For myself i love test never ran without some test in cycle so nothing to compare to. I will do more Research into it on this site thank you very much for the response.
 
i would agree for the time off gear but kind of hard headed and just want to know if it helps or not. Its been about 6 months sens last cycle so just wanted to do some experimenting with light deca or EQ, anavar, test with my rehab. To see if it would really help or not.

As far as the hgh goes never ran it myself but from what i read you should run HGH for atleast 6 months and from what i want out of them it would be about 2.0 to 2.5 iu's ED 5 days on 2 off. Like i said my know how on this is not that great so sorry for the ignorance found way to much info on this kind of overload of info lol. As for Peptides ill have to read much more into it. Yet again thank you :clapping:

But if you guys are saying it is a waste of time and money then ill look into HGH for sure already have the deca,anavar, test on hand but like i said i will listen to the Pros :daydream:
 
Deca and anavar will def help the repair process....and adding some test to it would make.sense...keep in mind repair cycles are not like cycles one would use to grow or maintain muscle in a caloric deficient state...something like this would be fine for.recovery

150mg test cyp ew
100mg deca ew
200mg anavar ed

With hgh as a non.option...i would look at the peptide TB500...it has been used in racehorse and cattle for succesfull repair when injured...it has also gotten.good.feedback in the research world...its also cost effective...

Ya that recovery cycle does make sense but 200mg ed of anavar that seems a little high or did you mean 20mg ED? Also looking into peptides right now been reading into GHRP-6 and TB500.. So if i was to take peptides would i run them alone or with the above cycle together. im sure ill run into it as im researching it right now so sorry for the dump questions

ok after much reading decided that i wont be running GHRP-6 due to the added hunger it gives i have no need for that lol

But i will be doing GHRP-2 alongside CJC-1295 w/o Dac 100mcg each 3x daily. any thoughts would be great
 
Damn, I can't find that. I'm pretty sure it was by Heavy. Real scientific about Colegen rebuilding .
 
If you can't afford HGH you may want to look into peptides.

stay off aas and run prps for a while.
I rec and love igf1 but cjc/ghrp combo is also nice.

Yes after much reading ill be laying off aas for now and do some research with peptides :winkfinger:

And when i feel the time is right ill run a cycle prob a light one first of course
