America! Fuck yeah!
First day off my diet (day after comp.) and I think I'm about to hit the 5,000 calories mark with dinner.

Man, it feels good to get fat.

Ah, the day after competition. My friend (who is much older) competed last year and gained 30 pounds of water 2 days after his show.

How'd you do in the comp?

I've seen it done, that's not too abnormal. Especially for people who are already larger.

YA, i bet it felt great to get all that food in you! how long were you on your cutting diet for before competition?

Oh it does feel good. I'm sitting here with a Hard Lime Mike's and counting them up. My wife just made Key Lime Pie too... and I might get some ice cream too :)

I'm already up eight pounds!

The contest was sketchy...

I dont understand why people spend so much effort and time getting extremely cut for a comp, then blow it the next day.

But then again, Im not hungry.

Diet for 17 weeks like I did, and you'll see.

And besides, I started at 202 and I hit the stage at 158. You can't blow that in one day.

You've earned it. 202 to 158 is huge. I'd definately go on an all-out eating spree for the next week or so if I were in your position. Do you plan on bulking again now?

They don't blow it all the next day. The weight gained is mostly water weight from taking in carbs and sodium again. That's just normal. And besides, it's not healthy to stay at that low a BF for exteded periods of time.

I'm taking this week off from gym training, then I'll get back in there. I'm getting back into competitive swimming, so I'll have my aquatic training in the afternoon and my weights in the morning. They aren't conducive to each other, so I'm going to have to find a happy-medium between bodybuilding/swimming. Pretty much, I'm going to have to eat a lot to fight the catabolic efforts of swimming three hours a day at a heavy effort :rocker:
