They dont add to the muscle by taking some from a corpse if thats what you meant, so its litterally just an implant, I believe plastic? It seems the pec and calves are the only that look better, but they also cause discomfort if placed underneath the muscle and I believe thats the standard practice. Not sure how its done on the arm though.

It looks wretched, I would never consider it. Synthol is expensive, and to me a bit scary because of the possible abcess situation, but I'd much sooner do that.

There are imflamatory agents used at some points in bodybuilding but they cause sickness, so I doubt they are used nearly as much as synthol if EVER anymore.
