Ok, due to my crazy schedule I can only workout on: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesday and Saturdays. Will working specific groups on each of those days be ok? I don't particularly want to lift 3 days in a row, but I have no choice for the next few months.


Sunday: Abs & Run
Monday: Chest & Run
Tuesday: Biceps, Triceps & Run
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Back, Legs & Run
Friday: Off
Saturday: Shoulders & Run


Is This bad?
Should I alter anything?


And please don't just post some link to someones 15 page workout advice lol.
 
You forgot Thursday. :)

You can certainly train Monday Tuesday Thursday Saturday.

What are your goals, and why all the running? Are you training for an event?
 
What are your goals? Keeping fit? Sure its fine. Could it be more efficient?? definately

Is it good for building muscle?? Not particularly, but it doesn't seem like thats your goal

Thursday is on there. I just like to run. That's why all the running. I actually just wanna tone up.
 
If you wanna maintain your muscle while "toning up" then no, this is a bad plan. Cutting training routines are similar to bulking ones except they have less variation in rep ranges and tend to keep it on the very low side. Cuttin is all in the diet and maintainance of muscles while cutting is in the training & diet combined. You had a look at some of the stickies??
 
Well, you definitely have the running part down.

Back and legs on the same day is not advisable. I'd also incorporate triceps or shoulders into your chest workout. Not knowing your goals is tough, but here's workout suggestion

Sunday: Abs & Run
Monday: Chest, shoulders & Run
Tuesday: Back, biceps, triceps & Run
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Off
Saturday: Biceps, triceps & Run (I tend to work some body part twice in a week....light weights and hi reps)
 
What about like a fullbody workout 3 days a week? Is that bad or good? Like I said, I'm kind of a novice here.
