Ok, due to my crazy schedule I can only workout on: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesday and Saturdays. Will working specific groups on each of those days be ok? I don't particularly want to lift 3 days in a row, but I have no choice for the next few months.
Sunday: Abs & Run
Monday: Chest & Run
Tuesday: Biceps, Triceps & Run
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Back, Legs & Run
Friday: Off
Saturday: Shoulders & Run
Is This bad?
Should I alter anything?
And please don't just post some link to someones 15 page workout advice lol.
