I'm not sure if you're asking if you can spot reduce fat, but if you are, the answer is no.

Revise your diet (what do you mean by protein diet? no carbs? low carb?), and combine it with weight training and cardio. I'm not an expert but after going through the shocking experience of rehauling my diet, I can tell you you NEED to eat carbs (??? yeah, who knew!). There are plenty of folks on here way more knowledgeable than I, and if you could give some specifics about your diet, I'm sure they'll be able to help. Just thought I'd get the ball rolling...

Bottom line: You can train every day for the rest of your life, but if your diet isn't right, you're not going to get good results.

Go to the diet and nutrition forum and read the stickies. Your diet is the problem, not your training.

Oh, by the way Duncan, that's funny you inserted that quote from Johnnny about squats. I couldn't believe it when I read that. I was trying to argue some sense into him. When he responded with that, I lost all hope.

Did you know that doing the bench press when you're too young causes leprosy? Haha!

The diet I am on is a low carb diet, I will try to revise it along with my routine to add more cardio.
