Almost every bodybuilder in on high protein diet and always for long term.
But what high protein content builders consume are almost always whey protein as opposed to high protein food with saturated & trans fats.
When i say high protein i do not refer to keto diets, but the daily intake of whey protein, which with compared to non bodybuilders is on high protein side.
I was wondering if there is any link between high protein diet and heart diseases.
