Any point of upping the dose?

Is there any point in upping the dose of Fina or Equipoise on a cutter for the Vascular/ Fatburning properties??
 
Not IMO, increase your cardio or just wait it out, dieting takes time.
 
Well tell me this... Whats a good cardio plan?? Im not a runner but i have been doing this.

1st thing in the morning on empty stomach.20 Minutes of walking on treadmill at 10% incline(mile)

then around 5PM do the same thing over again.

Would it be better to do just 40 minutes of the walking in the morning rather than splitting it up? And how many days a week should i do this? I know not every day but like 5 days?
 
that walking isint no joke neither... i sweat my ass off. By my treadmill it says i burn 220 calories in that session compared to 120calories running a mile on a flat surface. WOW
 
When you are heavy or bloated walking gets the heart rate up easily even with only 3-4 MPH. Burning calories depends on so many things I dont even look at that.

HIIT, walking, or whatever suits your fancy. I am going to try some HIIT on a stationary bike. :shrug:
 
I walk on an incline treadmill for 45min before breakfast, and after my weight training 6 days a week. I must say its killing me, and my energy levels have dropped. I hope when I start my cycle in makes doing this cardio easier for me, and without the strength loss.
 
Replenishing your carbs @ meal #1?
 
pre breakfast I'm getting approx 87g of carbs, and then around an hour later I am getting another 37g. I think I am just over doing it. Until I am cycling maybe I will cut back to just one 45min cardio session in the morning
 
It takes around 40 minutes to get into burning your fat stores. So 20 min isn't really burning fat.
 
?? i thought that depended on what type of exercise your doin DG... If you were walking straight yeh i would see how it would take 40 minutes but on a incline... my heart is beating WAY to fast for it to not be burning fat.

Dude that makes no sense, you dont just magically burn fat with a heart that beats quickly. The body is stubborn and doesn't want to touch fat stores, this is a law of nature.
 
well... my mid section is losing ALOT of fat in the past week by doing that 40 minute walking routine. I always get to my target heart rate.... So im going to keep doin it.
 
I think that u should change it up, which is always a good thing to do anyway. You may also find that u may like the 40 minutes better as opposed to 2 20s. I do. The longer you go for in the session the better as opposed to a weight rraining approach being shorter multiple sessions. IMO

I've spoken to jay cutler and during pre contest he does 4-5 hours of cardio perday! WOW! and he does none in the offseason(of course). I've been told from another good source of dieting that walking is better than running(less stress on the knees and ankles) and the treadmill is best when it come to burning fat.(or walking out side...walking is walking)
 
Walking is just fine especially when you are heavy.

EQ has no direct effect on lipoysis...
