I need help with the movement and propper form of a dead lift? it sounds like one of thos key excersises like bench. I just need to know how to do it, and what it works,
IMO, deads are quad dominant, but they incorporate so many other muscles, i.e. back, shoulders, biceps etc...
I don't agree with this 100%, but it's a decent explanation: Bodybuilding.com - Exercise Guides Database.
the responses where very helpful, I'm going to incorporate these into my legs day tomorrow. That would probably be the day they would fit into best right? Seeing as how they hit quads the most.
I do mine on legs, lower back day. To get them right I asked a trainer with heavy deadlifting experience to check my form while I did the lift. The tips they can give if they are willing to share will really help in putting the weight on the bar.
