Ill make the poll anonymous, but Ill be first to admit, when I first came here I worked out bodyparts, like an insane "chest" day. Lots of volume. I posted it up in here and it was hammered, but I did see great gains.
For me its a lil different now with the way I understand things, but in any case, anyone still swimming against the stream regardless of what people say about rests, volume, intensity, exercise selection etc?
