My wife watches Oprah sometimes and I hear sexual things on that show every so often that Stern wouldn't have dared to say in the last few years.

Perhaps if the governments (local and federal) were as draconian as some like to fantasize, that would be true, but it's not. I've been stopped a few times for speeding, but I've only been ticketed for it once. Any government agency can take in additional factors, such as past convictions, the offenders intent, and extenuating circumstances (to name a few) and midigate conviction and/or sentencing.

Stern made more money than he cost anyone, it was him who didn't re-sign and I dont blame him. Look at him now. I'm not a totally devout follower but I like his show, for the most part. There are certain aspects of his show, that like most anyone, I will disagree with, just as I appreciate that he is very open on some topics that others are afraid of touching and end up being dishonest over.
