semi-noob here:hmmm:...I just started my new diet:callme: and was wondering if I can mix anything with Tuna? Aslo, am I the only one who thinks Greek Yogurt tast like chalk:rocker:?

Try mixing your tuna with cottage cheese and salsa. Or just try adding some worchestershire sauce. Tuna pretty much tastes like shit no matter what but you can try to hide the taste

I love it with salsa

brown rice and egg whites :thumb:

I like chopped pickles over a bed of spinach and romaine lettuce w tuna.

You can also use canned wild salmon instead, tastes almost identical to tuna but has more of the essential fats.

Mix it with more tuna for extra protein!

I just put 2 cans in a bowl and put some hot sauce on it. But Starkist makes these packets that are already marinated. The zesty lemon pepper is pretty damn good. I just eat it straight out of the packet. Not bad at all.

There is always tuna salad (tuna, fat free mayo, chopped sweet yellow onion) and I add cayenne pepper for spark. I eat this over lettuce when I'm trying to keep the carps down or double protein bread when bulking. I have also dipped bbq pork rinds in the tuna salad and eat it that way. No carbs in pork rinds and tastes like chips.

Here's another favorite: open can of tuna dump on a plate, warm in the microwave until hot, cover with A1 Sauce. This tastes like steak, no kidding. I only eat chicken of the sea in water. Albagore tuna may have more macros, but it tastes like shit in my opinion.
