Forget about your numbers as a beginner. They don't mean anything. Go lift weights and worry about your progress. The amount of weight you lift now isn't that relevant if you have goals for the future and a plan to progress towards those goals.

my goals are more of size than weight lifting gains... i would like to be able to bench press 300 again though... hopefully i get back to that really soon
