Just interested on points of view and others experiences regarding arm training splits.

I know people that use the old classic;
Back/Biceps/Forearms - Chest/Triceps

others who swear by;
Back/Forearms - Chest/Triceps - Biceps

and a strange one of;
Back/Triceps - Chest/Biceps - unsure of forearms

finally;
Back - Chest - Biceps/Tricpes - Forarms on Back or Arms day

Just curious what you use or prefer, I know it's one of those things which you change (or at least should) but you get where I'm coming from.

I prefer to hammer my triceps and not train biceps..when I stopped doing direct bicep work my biceps caught up to my triceps which are huge from benching PL style.

but now as I'm trying to maintain and keep my symmetry (as my arms/triceps grow like weeds) I might not train biceps directly for months.

when I do train biceps I do them after chest...

I do the classic (chest/shoulders/tri's) (back/bi's/forearms) Sometimes I even split it it like this. (chest/shoulders AM and tri's PM) This way I can totally rip my tri's to pieces and not worry about doing anything else. It works great for me !!

I've been going with a push/pull/legs for a while now and it seems to be working well.

I have tried them all; and all successfully. Its good to keep changing and see what works best for your. The Chest/bis and back/tris is not so unusual. The point is to be able to train the smaller muscle while it is fresh so you can bomb it. I did this years ago and with excellent success. You just have to be careful not to overtrain them since they do get worked on the other day.

Now I almost always train Arms together. Usually bis then tris (because my tris are stronger), and arms only. I don't train forearms. I have muscular, vascular forearms naturally that get plenty of work from things like back, traps, etc.

I like Chest/back , legs , shoulders/ tris/bis.

i train, shoulders/tris and chest/bis, it's been working so far.
