Hello everyone,

Has anyone here considered natural treatments in treating arthritis and joints pain? What are your ways and have they been effective to you?:)

What natural ways are you referring to? I'm 48 and have all kinds of sports related injuries. Left knee operated on 3 times and numerous years abusing my body on the basketball court, so I have some problems with joints.

I take joint relief in the form of Glucosamine and Chondroiten everyday. This has helped quite a lot.

My current weight is 242 lbs. but at one time I weighed 285 lbs. The excess weight caused bone spurs in my heels to just kill me. I had unnatural relief in the form of cortisone shots in my heels. Although the shots gave me relief, they were only a band aid on the real problem. Since losing weight my heels never bother me. I would consider the supplements mentioned above.

Are there specific joints you are having problems with? For example, if your knees are bad, leg extensions are not the greatest exercise. Do you workout?

Agreed, I also take this everyday along with MSM, it works!

IronMagLabs is putting out it's joint builder (soon!) that will contain the following:
  • Glucosamine Sulfate 1500 mg
  • Chondroitin Sulfate 1200 mg
  • MSM (Methylsulfonoylmethane) 2000 mg

Hey guys you can take a look at my sig as that product does wonders for joint pain. Im only 30 and have.. well had a lot of issues. Naturally for joint pain you can take omega 3 fish oil. I was dealing with A naturopathic doctor who had me taking 10 "yes 10" 1000mg pills a day and to be honest it worked. I used to take a lot of NSAID's for pain and developed leaky gut which also lead to gluten allergies. SUx!! So now for the last 4 months I have had to change my diet to gluten free. I have to say just doing that has helped with pain and inflammation as well. It's strange the more you read the more you are finding people with these allergies that create a snowball effect to other symptoms including joint pain. As of now I take the flexcin and the omega 3's "5x a day" and I'm feeling great!
