bviously your obesity is based more on your lack of knowledge rather than what is labeled.Originally posted by Duncan
Ok, so what if nutritional information is put on the actual products instead of the counter? I am sure this fat fuk wouldn't know what to do with that information. Add on to this the fact that Obesity is not a result of any specific macronutient, but an over-indulgence in all of them. This is just like the jerkoff who drinks lead paint and sues because there is no label saying not to drink it. I guess this means that Darwin was wrong, it is not survival of the fittest.
If I were a lawyer for McDonalds, I would get him on the stand and give him a nutrition quiz based on current nutritional information found on all unprepared foods. I guarantee he fails it. Besides what kind of idiot sees that something is 100% and thinks he can eat however much of it he wants. I see this case making some changes in the way prepared foods are labeled, but I do not see him making a dime out of this, although the laws generally help morons like this. Here is how I would nail this loser:
I have 100% beef here and a salad, which are you gonna eat?
Sitaution 1, he studies for it
Answer 1: The salad.
Outcome: Then why did you order hamburgers when you knew salads were better?
Situation 2, he doesn't study
Answer 2: 100% beef.
