Hey guys. I had been lifting for about a year but had recently stopped for about 3 years now. My goal is to start getting back into lifting but I have realized a few things: when I preform the same lift with identical weights, I feel that my left side feels more of the "pump" and workout while my right feels less "pump"; also I feel that my left side is physically larger than my right even though I am a righty. Likewise I feel that the left side of my abdomen jutts out half an inch or so more that my right. Is there anyway I can fix these problems with weight training or are they just a side effect or starting to lift again from such a long time off?

you need to get back in the gym more often. it should not take you long back to where you were before you stopped.
