Would doing one arm barbell bench presses be easer than doing one arm dumbell chest presses if they're both the same weight? Im pretty sure the barbell balances more because of its length so its easier with it.

I have never heard of one arm barbell press. Sounds like it would be quite awkward. Do you do it?

I would be a Hell of a lot harder I think. If the bar wobbles in the least bit you're going to have some fun regaining balance. I've done unilateral deadlifts, and if you grab the bar off-center by the smallest bit it's really tough on your grip (Which is the goal really).

No way. If that s**t started teetering it would fall pretty awkwardly and be hard to catch IMO. Sounds like it would injure someone pretty easily. What's wrong with dumbbells?

one arm barbell presses is just bench pressing with one arm. So would it be easier than one arm dumbell pressing if i was lifting the same weight?

It might be safer to use 2 barbells for balance. Use them similar to 2 dumbells. One in each hand. IMHO

Bench a barbell in one hand would be much harder than doing the same thing with a dumbbell, as I've already stated.

who asks this kinda question????ohh would it be better to lift the bar with you toes or ears?
