Been workin out since christmas and still the same size chest

I do. My current routine for chest is:

Flat bench: 4 sets Pyramiding up the weight/lowering reps
Incline DB @ about 30 degrees - 3 x 8
Decline DB - 3 x 8
Cable Crossover - 3 x 8
 
what's the difference between like different incline angles for incline bench
 
like please don't say it depends... i'm just wondering which angle do most of u do it at

Works for me. 5-6 sets and no more, heavy. I dont do the 10 rep stuff either, results come waaaaaaaaaaay too slowly.

I use a fixed incline which is pretty steep, so I dont do any deltoid overhead presses because of that.

Get a routine down, dont just do random stuff, and certainly not every day like has been said already.

There's no right angle for the incline bench, some people use as low as 15 degrees, others do it at a 45 degree angle. Just know that the higher the angle, the more the delts are used in the lift.

Yes every so often, they are much better then pec deck but I still prefere DB flys over all of em.
