Only a fool does not do some warmup cardio before they lift. Do 10-15 min cardio before lifting, and then do whatever you want after.
 
i try to hit the heavy bag daily , i seem to be more dedicated to that than a treadmill. also since i work on a boat running outside aint an option.
 
Depends on your priority. If your main goal is to improve your cardio, then I would put it first. Otherwise I would lift first.

personally i would do sometimes 15-20 mns cardio after, and reserve 2 days just for serious cardio without lifting.
of course a 5mns jog before lifting as a warm up is very good . 5mns of stationary bike before squating is very good
 
^^^I have a similar routine, where I reserve 2 days for cardio.
I don't consider the cardio I do in my warm-up to be cardio. It's a dynamic warm up, not cardio.
 
sure a warm up is a warm up....you should try few minutes of biking before a leg workout ..it really works well, your workout starts with legs full of blood and pumped ready to be beaten.
 
Walking from my car to the front door of gym counts as cardio right?
