Holy f*ck the gym was packed! all the other powerhouses were closed for today or had power outages, so the place was insane.
Im actually pretty happy with this workout. Numbers were down, but considering I dont train this early, so I only had a shake in me, and rest time was down because you had to share almost every piece, Im not too disappointed with this. anyhow...
Flat DB Press:
60 x 20
75 x 14
90 x 10
105 x 9

Incline DB Press:
60 x 14
70 x 10

Machine Flyes:
160 x 18
190 x 14
220 x 13
Did a couple of sets of seated tricep extensions, but I felt this weird popping feeling by my elbow, so I backed off. Did one set of v-grip pushdowns, dont remember reps or weight though. Maybe 160 for 20 reps or something like that
20 minutes cardio was all I had time for before they closed. Gonna go for a run later.
