I have a question on the form for this movement. As of today i have been doing them with knees slightly bent, and my back at about a 40 degree angle, feet about shoulder width apart and my grip is about shoulder width apart. But today i was working out with my cousin and he told me i was doin them COMPLETELY wrong, he showed me and his form was basically squat position. his feet were sumo style (very wide stance) thighs parallel to the floor, butt down and also a super wide grip with back at about a 40-50 degree angle also. What is the corrext form for this?
