Best possible cycle?

Hey im thinking about going on my third cycle, and it does include deca and im 6'' 205 maybe 10 % bf been working out as long as i can remember...

1-10 - t 400 (200 mg x 2 /week)
1-12 - deca 200 ( 100 mg x 2 /week)
1-12 - armixdex (.25 mg ed or eod?)
4-14 - hcg (250 iu e3d [500 iu/week])

pct
nolva - 40/40/20/20
clomid - 100/50/50/25

is this pct good enough or should something be added?

i also have some proviron which im not sure if i should take during cycle 50 mg ed or eod?? or for pct... any suggestions??

i will be trying to eat 300 g protien and 400-500 g carbs a day... and working out in demolition and hitting the gym everyday..

You should run test at least 2 weeks longer than deca and i would drop the nolva and use aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5 for pct to prevent estrogen rebound.

Drop the nolva. There is absolutely no sense in running 2 SERMS side by side.

I would up your dosages a bit personally, maybe 600 test 300 deca. Run caber or prami with the deca, at that low dose .25mg caber 2x a week should be fine. Also solid advice above ^^

All of what he said, including what the others said, and there's no reason not to throw in the proviron with the whole cycle, 50mg ed. Makes everything more effective. That would be a solid cycle, although I'm addicted to strong orals...I love me some dbol. But if you're content with just injects than mote power to you. Much healthier lol.

I also prefer aromasin, and I would bump up the ai a little. If you're gonna use adex go .5 eod or aromasin at 12.5 eod. Get e2 tested 3 or 4 weeks in to see where you are at and adjust the ai dose accordingly.

kk so ill be changing the armixdex to .5 eod and what do you mean exactly by adjusting the dosage? another question i had was if gyno does occur (knock on wood) can i use the nolvadex to combat it or would that make things worse b/c of deca???

I agree... it's way overkill with the pct
