I 2nd the diet part. Too many people look for the easy way out. Exercise with a healthy diet will provide excellent results without all the hype. I know it's harder, but no diet pills will be effective if not taken in conjunction with a solid diet and exercise.
Just go with a solid diet, which you can learn about and put together by visiting the Nutrition section. Then you can add whey protein, a multi, and fish oils to your supplemen arsenal.
