well i was ill last week with a sore throut and i decided to make a spaghetti bolonese as it is a lot more moist than the dry meats that i'm eating 24/7 and the carbs would have been useful to fight off this illness i had
i had a couple of portions over the weekend and i was feeling so bad that i didn't train, this morning was BF weighing morning and i've added 1% BF and dropped 2lbs so i'm pretty mad but i couldn't really help it i was ill so i needed to rest (i did no CV last week and only 2 days of weights!)
anyways i'm feeling better now
and i really want to get strict with my training and diet (i'm pretty mad about mylast reading its kinda like a kick in the arse), but i have this spag bol in the fridge don't really wanna waste it as i'm a broke student and a food is money, so what time of the day is best to eat it?
if i do eat it should i just eat the bolonese and not the wholewheat pasta? should i add some salad? or chicken? maybe i could use the sauce as a sort of dressing?
plz advise me on what would be best, thanks!
