I'm just off of cycle and PCT. I've kept a lot of my gains but I really want to work on my cardio for my upcoming cut cycle. On gear I work out 5 days per week. It gets pretty crazy.

I'm off now and I want to go back to a 3 day workout MWF with T&TH being cardio/ab days. I will start this next week. I have been doing a really basic routine and want to switch it up. This is what I've been doing:

Mon: Chest/Tris
Wed: Back/Bi's
Fri: Legs/Shoulders

I was thinking a push/pull split might be better? Not really sure. I came in here to see what everyone recommended.

Push/pull/legs is one of my favorites. If you think you are ready DC (Doggcrapp training) is IMO the best way to put on the most size in the shortest amount of time. It is brutal, heavy slag iron 3 days a week, ultimate stretching, cardio on off days, lots of high quality protein, carb cutoffs. But it will get you big.

Any questions, PM me.

Thanks brother. Do you have any links to the DC stuff? I'm sure there are a ton of variations.

If you want to do a 3 day split routine try doing:

Mondays: Back and Abs

Wednesday: Shoulders, Triceps and Abs

Friday: Chest, Biceps and Abs

You can split your leg routine up between 2 of those days if you want or fit them in 1 if you can.

I personally do a 4 day split routine myself.

Monday: Back and Abs with 45 minutes of cardio after.

Tuesday: Shoulders, Triceps and Abs With 45 minutes of cardio after.

Thursday: Full leg routine including Calves. No Abs, No Cardio

Friday: Chest, Biceps and Abs with 45 minutes of cardio after.

This routine works for me and my personal workout needs and splits up the push and pulls a bit.
