bicep injection

what are the best needle to use and how you inject into your bicep?

I did it once and only once with a slip pin. Worst feeling ever.

I have told this funny story on this board before so I will not go into great detail, but back when I first started using gear I hit my bicep(once and only once) with a 1.5 inch 23 gauge. Talk about dumb and uneducated at the time.

What the in the muscular injection I was thinking of trying the biceps that's why I asked

I use orange 25g for all my injection sites (Glutes, Quads, Delts, Biceps, Triceps)

never done bi's but i would pin a slin pin. I plan on pinning my igf that way.

I do 22g 1 inch. I also do triceps the same. The pecs will freak you out but will work great also.
