I have a secret exercise that I developed for bicep peek, since I am now retired from Pro Body Building and Pro Auto racing I can tell you. I put on leg boots and hang upside down from a chin up bar then I inject 12 CC's of bile from my gallbladder into each bicep right at the peek.....and then hang there upside down for 8-15 hours until it takes effect...try it you will be amazed at the difference it makes.Tough Old Man said:What's the best way to work on bicep peak.
