Hi. I've got really big big legs (thighs) and I was wondering what I could do to shrink them?
I know I'm overweight right now, but when I was at my ideal weight, my thighs each were 23 inches around (almost 2 feet!).
My thighs used to look "normal" until I started wrestling in high school. I mean they were somewhat big but in high school they got HUGE!
Ever since high school when I started wrestling, I've had BIG thighs and I've haven't been able to shrink them. In 9th grade I could squat 450 lbs 10 times no problem so my legs aren't all fat.
Wrestling really got my legs big. I've always been ashamed at how BIG my thighs were compared to other people. Is there anything I can do to shrink my thighs?
I talked to multiple doctors in High School about my big thighs and how I could shrink them and all I've been told is that they really won't shrink because it was mostly muscle.
Now I'm wondering, since you guys/gals are experts, is there a way to shrink your thighs? As it is right now, my body shape is mostly like a pear. I mean I'm way overweight right now, but my legs are still the biggest part of my body.
Anyone know any good excersises or anything else that could help shrink my thighs?
And a question to the ladies here, what do you think of big thighs on a guy? Do you think its attractive? Repulsive?
