I recently got an OMRON bodyfat monitor. I found the measures to be pretty constant throughout the day for myself.
Anyone has experience comparing it to calipers?

When you're depleted and dehydrated, it'll tell you that you've gained fat because you're carrying less total body water. When you're overfed, carbed up, bloated and full of salt, it'll tell you that you're one ripped up motherfucker because you're holding so much extra water.

I have one. I never use it.

My scale has it on it. It's not accurate but I use it as a baseline. I just hope you got it free :)

Don't like 'em. However finding people who know how to do accurate (or at least consistent) skinfold measures is getting as hard as finding people who still write letters in cursive and mail them w/ a stamp.

Much prefer the skinfold method. If you're stuck, pay attention to how your clothes fit and how you look in the mirror to judge relative improvements.

Thanks for the feedback. I guess what actually matters is how you look in the mirror!
