would like as much info as possible. i do a lot of running and cardio. im gonna cut it down while on my cycle. i dont wanna try going back to my regular cardio regime and bursting my ticker!

should my levels go back to what they normally were after im done cycling or will i slowly have to lower it and if so, how...SAFELY. thanks guys

As far as I know your bp will return to normal once you come off. Not a bad idea to keep up with some cardio anyway though

I think ct said high dose fish oil and niacin will do the trick to control bP. Heavyiron recommends ironmaglab cycle support for BP control. He said it lowered his considerably on cycle.

Also, limit your fructose consumption and increase your potassium intake.

That is for cholesterol.

Damn it, I was hoping I didn't reverse the two. I'm pretty sure high dose fish oil still has its place at reducing bp but niacin, who knows :geewhiz:

I use Animal omega or a good fish oil with IronMagLabs Advanced Cycle Support.

Don't let bp deter you from doing cardio, cardio is the most beneficial thing you can do to help it, besides prescription meds.

Does cardio raise bp? Yes, but it's nothing to worry bout. Using the valsava maneuver during squats will raise your bp way higher than cardio. And we would never think about not doing squats.

When you do cardio, your body secretes chemicals that cause vasodilation in order to increase bloodflow to peripheral muscles. Over time our body gets better at this, and we usually see a drop in bp throughout the day.

Never leave cardio out.

Ok I just didn't want my Bp to go up then I do some cardio, and something bad health wise happens. Thx for all the info. I'll get the ironmags supplement as well.
