ok fellas about my 20th cycle over the years and since i can rember i ve had high blood pressure, docs just say its high but no ins so i dont go much at all over the years. now its 155/90. thats about what it always is. im 26 just on test p 100and npp 100 eod getting ready to blast in a few weeks. what yall think? diet? i dont really watch food during winter

Grapeseed extract at 300mg along with 1000mg of Hawthorne berry is what I'm on and my bp went from 155/81 to 138/80 in like 4 weeks

^ those and celery seed extract and garlic extract.

I wouldn't Just use hawthorn berry at first , it is known to raise BP at first for a week or two. They are all very cheap so I usually use 2-3 on cycle. Usually garlic celery HB And have never had issues.

Also just watch you sodium intake and do not add salt to anything. Or jut a pinch if you have too

^^^ May have to add the grapeseed myself JT123 Thxs.

My BP history is similar to yours Pitbull... Always been borderline hyper-tension
I went in last week and it was 161/91 which is higher then normal for me.
Dr. Prescribed cardizem and I picked it up, but I've opted to go with hawthorn berry and see how that works for me first. I go back in 2 wks plus Ill be stopping by Walmart now and then to monitor it.
I keep a fairly clean diet and don't even have salt in my house.
You could make some progress in lowering it I'm sure with diet adjustments, and herbs.
Keep ya posted how the hawthorn, and possible grapeseed works for me.

thanks fellas im going to grab some hawthorn and grapeseed today. it doesnt really bother me but my new girl is a nurse so see bugs out about me breathing hard and my high blood pressure. thanks bros ill keep posted on my findings

You need to get it down one way or another. There isn't much science to back the use of supplements to bring down bp, but it couldn't hurt to try. But, you need to consider going on a real bp med if you can't get it down.

As for diet, limiting salt will be your best chance. the primary culprits are restaurant foods, and packaged foods. a lot of guys get rid of the salt shaker, but the shaker only contributed 5% of our salt for the day. the majority is hidden in our processed foods.

We sell a lot of grape seed extract in our supp store for BP.. It's mostly diet and cardio to maintenance-in order to avoid going to the Dr and be put on chemicals

Are you checking the bp with a larger cuff? I know for mine, if I use a normal size cuff, my numbers look similar, but when the doc uses the larger size it drops down to 130/80-90.

You are 26 and you are on your 20th cycle? Your bp is pretty high? You want to know what to do? Not trying to be a dick here but the answer is obvious. Either take a break or have a stroke, it's a no brainer.

Pretty well said ... I am 35 and I just did my 20th ... started when I was 23 ...

I would back off on the AAS for a while man. Eat clean, watch sodium intake, and make sure youre doing 3 cardio sessions (30-45mins) per week. Cut out stimulants and try to destress as much as possible. Add plenty of Omega fatty acids to your supplement regime. Id do all of this for a while and then re-evaluate. Being ripped isnt worth risking your health a lot for. Just my two pennies.

My BP is 120/78 and I'm a humongous fatass.... 155/90 is pretty high, you should be a little concerned.

Beets and parsley are also good for BP.

This and everything similar. Garlic, cardio, omega-3s. Lay off and destress. You're looking at a heart attack in the next 20 years if you continue this way at your age.

would aspirin help?

i swear i need loads of tren to keep my blood pressure normal

its not that high but it is elevated . need to go buy yourslf a BP machine from walgreens or a stethescope one. take your BP 3 time a day for a week . 1st 15min after you wake up before eating 2nd fit it in somewhere but befdore eating and 3rd before bed . record these for week . if its still elevated go see a doc and get bloodwork and meds. i dont know how big your arms are but those in store BP machines are junk and the cuff is way too small. i cant fit my forearm in one. a decent little extra large or large cuff machine will run ya about 60 bucks. i have the stetescope one and a machine . the machine is accurate. if you get the one like the nurses carry around they are cheaper and accurate and will come with instructions on what to listen for. very easy.

You will be dead before 30.

CoQ-10 at 100mgs a day...

Yeah definitely worth a try..I usually take my 300mg of grapseed extract with breakfast along with my multi vitamin. I go back for another bp check on the 21st of march so I'll be at about the 8-9 week mark on grapseed
