i want to lose body fat by 1 lbs x week, but at the same time grow muscle. i know the whole surplus/deficit with calories, but what if i just keep the diet i have now, and cut my total daily carb intake by 50%, while keeping protein intake the same as it is now?
i thought,
cardio 3x week, 2 days slow jog, 1 day interval training.. how's that?
