Body Fat Cut

hey everyone,

i want to lose body fat by 1 lbs x week, but at the same time grow muscle. i know the whole surplus/deficit with calories, but what if i just keep the diet i have now, and cut my total daily carb intake by 50%, while keeping protein intake the same as it is now?

i thought,

cardio 3x week, 2 days slow jog, 1 day interval training.. how's that?
 
the thing is, i want to keep gaining muscle while LOSING fat
 
look up hiit any were on here or google hiit that will help if you want some killer cardio
 
If you want to make any real progress. Choose one or the other. Not saying it is impossible, depending on circumstances.

But you will likely get better results doing a bulk followed by a cut.

Dead on here, and judging from your pics in the other thread, I'd suggest a good old fashioned bulk.
