Welcome to the site :)

How old are you? What are your stats, etc.

And no, just eating fruits & veggies and one dinner meal isn't healthy, gonna work or even suggested! If you give us a bit of information about yourself, we can help you reach your goals...training program, how long you've been training, diet, etc.

15 years old 5'11" 171 lbs. and lifting and working out for football.....anyhting else you need ide really love to see those abs lol.....thanks.....

Don't go lower?

I don't think you need to go lower on the body fat. Remember, you need fat in your body. If you are eating a low fat diet and getting the proper nutrition, your body fat will balance itself to a health percentage.

any one else i really need help on how to lower it.....and the guy above thanks for the input but i need to get it down to see my abs

James, at 15, you really need to be thinking about providing your GROWING body w/ the proper nutrients from a balanced diet. This is your opportunity to set yourself up for your later years...you've got more natural testosterone running through you now than you will at any other time in your life...use it to your advantage! You're lifting weights and building muscle, w/ proper nutrition you will add & keep that muscle more easily than you will when you're older! Now is not a time to be going on a diet to get abs!

Why don't you post a typical days diet. I bet it could be cleaned up a bit, which will help you gain muscle and harden your physique, and possibly get you visible abs. Restricting calories and eliminating meals isn't the way to go though!

i agree 100% with w8, worry about increasing your strength first, and learn how to eat better.

thanks for the help ....w8 youve been a great help well here it is not too good but.....
breakfast....egg sausage and cheese scndwich
lunch...w/e cafateria has usually a cold cut and fruit or pizza
dinner.....chicken veggies pizza or w/e else not real good
i drink between 5 -6 bottles of water each day.....i found i dont cramp up in my legs when i left when i do this ....and i can work more once i get outa school in a month....please help and thanks again,
james

What position are you playing on the team? That would also make a difference in terms of what kind of activity you do most on the field. A quarterback is going to have to perform differently than a safety or corner...judging from your weight I'd say you're either a wide out or a DB.

What else do you eat? At 15, I have a hard time believeing that's all you eat....no snacks? :D

Your breakfast...is that made yourself or bought somewhere? How many eggs? What kind of bread?

What are your serving sizes? Cold cuts & fruit doesn't tell me a lot.

:)
