A while ago, someone posted a thread w/a link to a site that you could get you body fat...does anyone know what I'm talking about? Everyone thought it was accurate.

this site does not pertain to woman, does it? My bodyfat is WAY off.

i did notice that for me my bodyfat was very close

for jodie, her bodyfat was pretty far off

i would suggest buying the accumeasure calipers...they are the most accurate way to measure yourself at home...otherwise find a trainer you trust and use the same one regularly to get your bodyfat measured....that is what we do.

i think it is vital to do this...i always feel like the diet isnt working at times or that i gained instead of lost....but the numbers dont lie...they are a great motivator if you screw up and a great inspiration to keep on track if you are seeing results....good luck whatever you decide to do!

When i went on http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/pi.shtml, it gave me two different body fat percentages. one was 22% which is way off, and one was 12.54, which is close to the 13 percent i came in at a few weeks ago.

what is the difference between the two?
