I bought some whole grain bread ..was wondering if its good?
Nutrition facts:

PB sandwiches are not a good choice :finger: I personally feel its better to keep fat and carbs seperate. Carbs & Protein or Fats & Protein.

What are the ingredients in the bread?

The PB is fine.
 
I like peanut butter sandwiches when bulking. But I never eat them when cutting.

I also have another question about meals..
today so far

Meal 1 : 1/2 cup oatmeal. One scoop protein shake

meal 2 : 3 oz chicken breast. 15 almonds

meal 3 : 1/2 cup baked beans. # egg whites. 3 oz fish

(lift weights after this meal)

meal 4: protein shake one scoop

should i have an extra meal at night?

I have PB in shakes, in cottage cheese, on celery, even on chicken and eggs. :p Im weird.........

off the spoon is just as easy too! (just no fingers in the far!) :finger:
 
ummmmm PB & Bagel and a protein bar on my cheat day.. Would that be enough for a cheat meal Jodi?

No no, you got it all wrong. PB and marmite, the best combo about. Though, you guys probably don't have marmite, you probably hve Vegemite or another yeast extract. I eat two PB & marmite sandwiches a day, must be why i can't get as cut as I'd like!!!!!!!!
