well lads at the moment im doin a cut and for breakfast i always have either 3 scrambled eggs or oats and it gets boring at times, i have muesli fruit and nut in the press aswell and im just wondering if this would hinder results from my cut if i were to start eating that with low fat milk instead as there might or might not be too much sugar in it??

thanks lads

You want to be eating good fat and lean meats. Cereal may be a afterthought when you get your diet dialed in. I wouldn't have room for a bowl of cereal every morning by the time I get my calories in. That 300 calories or so would need to be a chicken breast and rice on my ideal day. If I'm gonna waste time on cereal it's gonna be capn crunch.

It's not about the fat you're taking in. Depending on what you're doing you might need the fat from the milk. Why don't you post up the rest of your day and your goals.

iv had it up before mate and got it sorted, im just wondering would it be too much sugar and all that in it, even tho theres oats.. ah not to worry ill stick with the oats an protein :)
