Yes, I was disappointed about no height class. Kind of hard to compare physiques on women when one is 5'1" and the other 5'11" :wtf:

Yes, I can have caffeine. Although I can't use ephedrine I am using HEAT as a fat burner and GO for an energy boost so overall it hasn't been bad at all ;)

Thanks for the vote of confidence but if I don't sweat it, then I won't make it. I guess that's how I operate. I have to be worried about it in order to push myself. The moment I relax about it will be the time that I should just hang it up because then I will know something is wrong with me. :p

my last set was only 50lb for 8... besides, dont you remember? my weights go down every week, not up. :rofl:

anyway, 45lb is still freaky huge when i think of what me and everyone else in my gym uses. forget about comparing you to the other females at this gym... the only one who actually goes into the freeweight section sticks with the pink weights. :lol:

Thinking about it actually. I use to go all the time when I was little to visit my uncle and was thinking of it later this summer, BUT I'd love to see you compete. I've never been to a competition before and to actually know one of the competitiors would be awesome!! ;)

so....will you be sharing your shoulder secrets and strategies along the way? mine have improved but i'm pretty much positive they could never get too big for my liking. i LOVE boulder shoulders and mine are still lacking. :grin:
 
If I figure out any secrets I'll be sure share. I always post my workouts. ;)

I'm just going to try a series of different things to see if I can stimulate these damn things to do something :grumble:
