How do I bring up lagging muscles? Here is what I've been doing, tell me how much sense this does or doesn't make, Do back/biceps day do shoulders/claves day with 3 bicep sets at end, do leg day with 6 sets for biceps at end, do chest/triceps no bicep, repeat.

I'm not quite sure what you're saying. Are you saying you're doing bicep work every workout except chest day?
 
basically, not much, just one exercise, so they are always being stressed.
 
Ok, hitting them daily is cool, BUT, I'd recommend only two heavy sets per week. So one heavy set on your back/biceps day, and one heavy set on your leg day. All other sets I'd recommend be medium weight sets, like 15 RM.
 
plus my biceps dont get sore, I still feel in my chest what I did 4 days ago and my biceps are fine from yesterday.

depends on the body parts, you have to be more specific.
 
Sounds like you're doing a variation on Don Long's touch up training... i actually used it for my biceps for about 6 months and i gained a inch ... basically i did a bicep touch up 1 exercise 4 sets (moderate weight/intensity) on mon wed fri.. actual arm day was thursday... It worked well for me.
 
ive found that doing chest biceps monday legs shoulders wednesday back triceps friday gives me good results with arms. hitting them 2x a week with adequate amount of rest in between the days. at least 2 days.
